You can g00gle, pop in your details & hey presto, it will eventually stop nuisance calls, TPS = Telephone Preference (something or other!!)

Is it that you don't think it suits you or because it's been done badly? If the latter you could go back and get it improved. Anyone charging that amount of money should be able to advise on a suitable style for you and do a good job!

Its too short and the colour doesn't seem to have sorted my roots out

I'd go back and get them to improve the colour but I'm not sure what can be done about the length! I feel for you.
