I haven't been weighed for ages as I usually get weighed in Boots and my local one is having a refurb, so no where to go!
Was as the gym today and they've just got the same type of scales I use at Boots, so on I hopped a little cautiously as I was SURE I had put weight on and WOW, ZOMG and other types of exclamations! I've lost another 8lbs! I'm so happy with myself and it's given me another kick up the bum to really carry on at it
