only 1/2 a lb off, but thats fine, cos had i eaten any of it that 1/2 wouldnt have shown, which means i broke my ' good 3 week cycle' where i loose 3 weeks and loose my mojo. I think cos its going slow and im not pushing for massive numbers its helping.. so finally, 4 weeks with losses for god knows how long! and im still in the zone, hazzaaaahhhh!
