    so how did you do today then? hope all went well:D

    i had a great week, eat a bit more of my points, enjoyed doing so and have STS :cry: :break_diet:i mean FFS i am only really eating 19points a day so why no loss??

    ah well whole new week eh?

    Morning Alison, I saw your post earlier on in the week about your sneaky peek.... I have a STS last week but I have been very good this week and alot more aware and contious and have lost 2.5lb. But Alison honestly I couldnt have done it without you.... I wait every day to read your food diary. You are such an insperation and a STS is amzing for the loses you've had and also your doing it better now by eating all your points :)
    I am supposed to be off to France on Sunday and it seems we might be taking a road trip now with the flight situation so I can see the 2.5lb off not being too happy about that,

    I have found the key is to drink and drink and drink. My moto is the more you drink the more you shrink.
    Dont be disheartened, you'll have a good loss next week I just know it :0 xxxx

    I love that... the more you drink the more you shrink!!! Going to remember that one! I drink 2 diet cokes a day and the rest of the time I drink lots of sparkling water and occasionally sugar free squash and it really does help to fill up and curb cravings! In fact, I have always been a big drinker, even before WW, my hubby has been calling me the juice monster for years lol x
