Dried Fruit

Hiya

Just about to make a sweet couscous for my breakfast, and I was going to add some Asda Chosen by Kids Raisins and Apples - its a little 14g box - aimed at kids for their lunchboxes.

I can't remember if dried fruit is synned or free (I haven't got my book with me in work to check).

Can anyone help me please?! I'm hungry and I need my breakfast!! lol

Average dried mixed fruit 25g 3.5syns Is the closest I could find sorry if that no help
