Dried Mushrooms

Are dried mushrooms free? The kind that you soak?

I want to do a mushroom risotto and am planning to use two types of mushroom, chestnut and porcini

so as long as there is no added oil in the ingredients I should be fine. I couldnt get the porcini mushrooms, so will have to wait for the weekend now and see if I can get some elsewhere.
