dried noodles

Hello!
Thinking about making a stir fry tomorrow night, does anyone know the syn value of blue dragon dried egg noodles?

Might just have boiled rice instead, also looking for a simple stir fry sauce? Xxx

They're free on Green and EE as far as I know. I'm having stirfried veg and noodles tonight. As for a sauce I just mix some garlic puree, chilli flakes and soya sauce, sometimes ginger if I have it and tos it in at the last minute with the veg, then stir in the noodles

Sometimes sw put the syns as per 100g cooked, which isnt a full packet, maybe this is why they seem to have changed so much?
