Drinking Vodka and Syns.. shameful i know..

Basically.. i like to go to my local pub once a week and have a few.. maybe more drinks ...

if i saved all my syns up in the week..

then went out and had lets say

6 double vodkas.. (i know its disgusting) with diet coke..

that would be 30 syns..

could i get away with that! even if it was all in one day?!

I need my social life!!! ;-)

Try having singles, stretching them out over the course of a night... I live in a pub and that's how I cope with Saturday nights... You are still socializing, and not breaking plan... xx

Yes you can but is it advisable .. possibly not. Is there a risk that after drinking so much your self-control will be reduced and you end the night with a pizza or whatever? Not to mention the risks associated with binge drinking.

yeah.. the risks of eating takeaway after are there! its the usual routine! i dont want to do it every week.. but want to have the freedom to still go out and have a good time! its not really binge drinking.. its just drinking on a night out i think.. but prehaps the singles might work.. if i had 6 single vodkas that would still be a night out i guess and only 15 syns..

If and when I have my vodka (I work at weekends and only drink on a saturday if I aint working Sunday) I prob have between 350ml and 400ml (share a bottle with other half ) with a mixer in the house But if I go pub its more cause I start with a couple of lagers (not having lager now on sw ) tut tut tut

I have a good old drink n a nice takeaway id say every week ( if not drink def takeaway sometimes both ) and be 100% diet rest ov week. If i didnt have it then i wud b more than tempted durin my week. I dont have many syns durin week so really i do save mine and it works for me

I don't drink that often (even though I'm a landlady) but I'm going away next weekend where I will be drinking gin (same syns as vodka) so I save up 7 syns or more a day and don't go over. Bonus of flexi syns x
