Dry mouth and tongue? is this usual??

    Hiya... is it usual to have a continual dry mouth and dry tongue on SS and SS+? as no matter how much water I drink its dry always.. plus a bad taste in my mouth!..

    yes i had dry mouth an metalic taste in my mouth strange i know but just have plenty of water

    yes it is usual unfortunately, its not good is it!! But after a couple of weeks it seems to disappear, either that or you're so used to it, you don't notice!!

    All normal. Sign of your natural thirst returning. The bad taste is ketosis. Have some breath spray :D
