    Hi
I am about 2 weeks into my xenical/ low fat diet. Ive been noticing that my skin seems to be getting dryer. I do have ezcema on my hands and that is getting worse, but even the normally good skin is getting a bit dryer. I use creams etc regularly and I've been trying to eat some better fats in my fat intake to encourage healthy skin. Does anyone else find their skin is getting dryer on xenical? And any extra hints or tips that I'm not doing so far? Thanks

I'm thinking its prob just due to the change in weather. Have been googling natural relief for dry skin and come up with lots of remedies so will give them a go and feel like I'm pampering myself :D

I agree I think this may be down to the harsh weather and not the tablets....
