Dukan days!!

Sorry, only just seen this post so your attack will be over by now! I did attack last week with great success but have been on a residential school trip at an outdoor centre this week so have been eating naughty things like pasta, potatoes, cake and bread. I am back now though and have had a good day today.
My pp days usually consist of oatbran porridge for breakfast, quorn sausages or omelette for lunch and yoghurt and then chicken with some sort of marinade or meatloaf or marinated salmon for evening meal.
Must admit, I find pp days easier than pv days. Strange I know but the more freedom I have, the harder I find it not to cheat and have pasta or rice.

Oh, and I put three pounds on while I was away!
