hello everybody im new to the site although i have been lurking and reading for a couple of weeks. so a little about me, im from Essex and have now reached my true weight on dukan losing just over 2.5 stones and still going at it, this site looks like exactly what i need to keep on track and im looking forward to getting to know you all xx
