dyno rod soup

hi all
im sad to say im back here again but this time trying a different diet slimming world (last time was lypo trim)
i have done sw before but stared today on new soup plan that seems to be well known as dyno rod haha!
now the question i have is can i eat anything else if i am hungry in between meals?
advice would be greatly appreciated please x x

what is the dyno-rod diet??
Im planning on starting celeb slim tomoro...got 7 day starter pack to see what its like... have a stone & half to lose before wedding in June!!
