Hi all. I've just been looking at some of these threads and found great inspiration by them so I thought I'd add my regular weigh-ins and hopefully contribute to being an incentive to fellow slimmers :D

I started Slimming World on 4th January 2010!

Mini Goal - Lose 1 stone! (16st 2½lbs)
Mini Goal - Get in the 15 stones
Mini Goal - Lose 10%
Mini Goal - Lose 2 stone! (15st 2½lbs)
Mini Goal - Get in the 14 stones
Mini Goal - Lose 3 stone! (14st 2½lbs)
Mini Goal - Get in the 13 stones
Mini Goal - Fit into half the smaller sized clothes I have stored away!

Hi I started my slimming world diet on exactly the same day 4th Jan, so far I have lost 12 lbs in 5 weeks, how are you doing. Perhaps we could give each other ecouragement when needed. :)
