Well last week sees me gain 4lbs, due to circumstances I have had to eat some less than healthy choices. I tried to choose what I deemed the healthiest So hopefully I can lose the gains this forth coming weeks. not a great start to this challenge

I have added you to the list just add your amount you would like to lose. Then each weight day you alter your figures by copy and pasting last list then making amendments necessary. Feel free to alter to kg if you weight in kg instead of lbs
