Im scared tho. Suddenly i can start making choices again and not just what pack shall i have first lol. I hope that my updates will help you guys out tho as ive not read any lite diaries or not anyone thats moved from total to lite anyway so will def let you know how i get on. Hopefully i will be just a motivated and strong on lite as i have been on total. No 'that little bit wont hurt' thoughts. Evil! x
 
Hi everyone, i am back after my 2.5 week holiday in Goa........ And I feel on top of the world, I lost 8.5 lb while I was away.
