With the oncoming Xmas season approaching let's get some exercise in to be at our best for the seasonal festivities.
Set a target and do your best in this month's challenge.
 
My addition to November 2018 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1131 km this month.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 26 out of 30 Days at an average of 43.5 km on each exercise day.

It's been getting easier on the cycle as I've regained my previous fitness levels.
I have slightly increased my daily target due to increasing the exercise bikes level of resistance.

I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.

Previous Months

2018) July 1097.4 km, August "Ouch", September 355 km, October 972.1 km
2018) January 1109 km, February 1182 km, March 1246.7 km, April 1279.8 km, May 1216.9 km, June 1123.1 km
2017) December 1070 km, November 985.8 km, October 1090 km, September 970 km, August 494 km.

14,192.8 km covered from August 2017 up to Nov 1st 2018.

Definitely feeling the initial uplift in difficulty with the increase in resistance.

My goal is running 20 minutes on a decent speed.
Plan to take break only 7th day.
And wanna increase my push up level from 40 to 45.
I was successful in last five days to maintain this routine.
Hopefully will be able to continue this in coming week.

That's me through the 10,000 km barrier for this year on the exercise bike.
I've done nearly 14,700 km since I began logging my exercise data.
With completion of this month's challenge believe I will have completed around 15,500 km.
