Exercise Bike 44.05 km comprised of a dual session.
Current Distance 768.24 km this month out of 1131 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 180-230 Watt.
Weight down to 209 lbs (14.93 st) from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 200 lb (14.28 st)

Just determined to try and get my target for this month with a little weight loss as well.
Will see by the end of the month in regards to both my weight and exercise goals.

Through the 15,000 km barrier with my Exercise Bike since Oct 2017.

It’s been very up and down...I had my 3st. Award, then slipped up big time with a 12lb gain:classic_eek:...it shocked me how easy it came back on...now 4lb away from reclaiming it again.

I had period after my accident and a bout of illness where I gained a bit of weight similar to yourself.
Two months of little exercise as a result.
It's only the last couple of months I've been capable again.

I'm at 215 lbs at the moment about 3 lbs off my before accident weight.
I've had periods where I have gained a few pounds at certain points during the last year or so.
But refocusing on diet and increasing the difficulty of my exercise has worked to remove those pounds.
Looking to get back down to 210-212 lbs by Jan 2019 and probably around 200 lbs by Apr 2019

The 209 lbs is a bit of an outlier at the moment as four days of hospital food was probably the cause.

I’ve started doing a few light exercise...I’m so very unfit:classic_oops::classic_frown:

It's all good with even little weight loss at times.
It just takes time to build up you stamina levels.
I'm much fitter than I was at this time last year.

Current Distance 1165.79 km this month out of 1131 km.

Had a rest day yesterday and a single session the previous day.
But unfortunately had forgotten that November only has 30 Days.

I also had failed to remember on setting my challenge November only had 30 Days.
So I've changed to "26 out of 30 Days" rather than "27 out of 31 Days".
Therefore for last month's challenge I have changed down from "1174.5 km" to "1131 km" to reflect this.
