Hello everyone...I'm new on here - was looking through some posts and looks good for support and inspiration!

Do we have an Easter challenge? I wanted to lose a stone by Easter, but is that too optimistic??

Easter is just around the corner so I think thats way too much to lose in a short space of time. An Easter challenge sounds good thought....I'm up for that!!

One of them being I do not eat any of the chocolate.

So 10days until good friday

I want to loose 5lbs by then (I started today)
