You can buy it in asian supermarkets (not sure about Tesco and the like) and you can use it in cooking. I used to use a lot of rose syrup but as it's essentially rose flavoured sugar I've had to find an alternative. For the jelly I followed a receipe found on line using rose water, leaf geletine and sugar replacing it with sweetner and adding pink food colouring.
Anyway, 2.5lbs off for me this week, another lbs till I get my 2.5st shiney and 9lbs to target. The way I'm losing weight at the moment I may be reviewing that soon.
