Well weigh in was a good one, 2lbs off this week. But, I will not be able to go through this weekend without having an easter egg. Its going to happen.
This could bring me back to a post i made a few weeks back when I said that people who have a blow out, generally do well at the next weigh in!!
So will do my best damage control possible and have that egg!

Don't panic, go online & check what the syns are for your egg & then you know how much you can have.

And if you have a little each day the egg will last longer:D

I'm so sad I weigh mine out & put it into little bags:eek:

Well, it's Easter... i'm going to have an egg!! I don't have kids in the house so there is no temptation to eat left over egg that the kids have left lying around...

So, it'll be me and the Egg.

Oh, and of course the Hot Cross Bun.

And it's tradition to have fish on Good Friday.

    And Lamb on Easter Sunday.

I could go on but i'm starting to depress myself!!

And of course, if the weather is going to be wonderful - as forecast - there may be BBQ's.

    And pub beer gardens.

And visits to relatives (who will have Simnel Cake!!)

    lol

But of course, the best thing is that I'm not going to be in work!! Bring on the really extra long weekend!!

There is no way I'll be going near any Easter Egg. The average is is 77 syns. We talked about it at the meeting last night and our consultant told us what you could have instead for 77 syns. Made me think twice about eating any chocolate!

My son has two which he got from school but really not tempted. My hubbys all for getting him a bigg un cheep just after easter and im all for that LOL. Dont really celebrate easter here so never really pay it much notice tbh. Plus any left over easter egg will be consumed by the other half thats if smalls hasnt finished them :D

I knew the easter eggs where high in syns but didnt knwo they were THAT high. My temptation is going out to dinner with my mum, aunts and my friends. Going to peachy keeps so i will be able to get away with a few free things. Think im going to use a combination of over estimating syns and flexy syn the night.

We're going camping on Good Friday until Easter Sunday. We will be having a meal out of the first night, and I intend to have something like steak and jacket potato and then on the Saturday we are having a BBQ, so it will be chicken breast and salad probably. I'm determined to do a weekend away with a loss.

I work with teens/young adults on a training programme and they finish next week. when Tesco did their but 1 get 2 free on easter eggs I stocked up on 12 eggs for them as a leaving gift. But now there are only 8 of the teens/young adults left on the course, so I'll have 4 eggs leftover!!!! I don't really know any kids to donate them too either. Not sure what to do with them.

That said I am very proud of the fact that they have sat in my spare room untouched for over a month!

That's a lot!! The small eggs (toy story, Ben 10, etc) are about 260 cals for the whole egg so 13 syns. We were also told that for the egg alone on the standard ones are approx 27 syns... So perhaps you could stretch it out over a few days... Or give the chocolate bars away and keep the egg for yourself?
