Just checked on SW calculator and it's a high 19.5 syns per 100g/mL!
Was the figures you gave for a 100g/mL portion?

Hi CEB - we also need to know the size of the meal that refers to because the values are per meal and not per 100g. Also can you confirm rice is the top ingredient on the list?

@ Pete: that's because you've not entered rice as a free food - it will always just divide the calories by 20 if no free food is included. But as I say above we cant calculate anything using the free food without knowing the portion size it is referring to.

Thanks, I managed to log on to the sw website. It actually worked out at 4.5 syns. The total given was calories for the 400g portion and yes, rice is the main ingredient. And my 9 month old quite liked it too!!!
