Eating back exercise calories...

Does anyone do this, Ive read its an absolute must. Has anyone still got good results weight loss wise?
 
Hi Laura,
I usually try to eat back most of my exercise calories....otherwise i get hungry which is when my "willpower" diminishes. I do focus on fat and protein though to "fill in the gaps".
 
thanks katie! I have been eating my exercise cals back just seemed too good to be true really lol
 
As always i'm trying to listen to proper hungry signals - sometimes not immediately hungry after exercise but then bam - starving or even next day! As always - bodies have strange and mysterious ways of working:)
