eating fat to burn fat

Im a list loser :)
cos i work i need to know what im eating all week :)
 
I pretty much decide what I'm going to eat for the week when we are making up our shopping list on Saturday morning. :)
 
I need to go on what I feel like on the day! Still haven't sorted todays out and I don't want breakfast as I'm not hungry but know I've got to have it :sigh:
 
have an omelette :) yum - make me one while you there ;)
