Does anyone have any pp values for soups when eating out?
I tend to get soup and a panini, I've done a search for panini pp values (although I can't find them in the eating out book... I think I must being a bit dim!) and found some which is good but wouldn't have a clue how many to even guess for soup!

I'm currently doing up some soup choices but here's my "lunch" stuff which might help...
