Eating out- Chinese

Hi! I'm going out for a Chinese meal tomorrow night. Rather than order individual portions, my family tend to order loads of dishes for the middle to share.

I'm planning on doing Easy Extra and then only eating free foods at dinner. I'm not sure how many syns to count for oil..would 10 be enough for the standard amnt of oil used in restaurants? Thanks in advance!

Yes I would say 10 syns is more than enough. Just make sure to eat things like chicken in oyster or black bean sauce or seafood steamed with ginger with plain rice (special fried rice has a LOT of syns). I also get chinese greens as well.
