Eating out tonight

    Eating out at 2 for 1 pub tonight, what are my best options ?

    I wud try n stick to a red day n eat a steak n ask for a salad instead of chips or potatoes, if they don't have steak on a 2 for 1, maybe something meaty with say lots of veg or salad, it's hard but so long as u don't have tons of creamy sauce or dressings u shud be able to enjoy!
    I am going out for a meal for our anniversary n my hubby is panicking but u just ask for something to replace something in restaurants n hope they can accommodate u x

    Or have just had another thought, if on green day try to have a nice big jacket potato with a beans and a big salad x

    Alot of places do gammon chips and peas, ask for a JP/boiled pots instead without butter and try not to be tempted by the egg although it would prob be around 6-8 syns. Otherwise see if they have a vegi chilli con carne, these tend to be lower in syns cuz they are made of beans or quorn instead of fatty mince x

    Steak and salad? (no dressing)
    Chicken (syns for sauce/cheese (or HEA) and jacket potatoe?

    Sorry hun.. just thinking that I would choose.
    I would steer clear from lasagna, curry or anything creamy though :p

    you could have a huuugee mixed grill and (small) jacket poatoe for red/EE?

    Would this work? I always wonder that.. but would scared to ever try! ahahah.
