eating out

Has anyone eat out since being on Alli/xenical ?

if so what did you have and how was the side effects go?

ive eaten steaks (with nothing on it (but tomato ketchup) and salads and jackets.

these have given me no effects at all.

But you have to remember that each person is differnt.

yeh If I eat out I would prob stick to that 2. If you know ur going out for "fatty" meal in advance should you just skip a pill

Although just skipping a pill may not be enough, Xenical can hang around in your system for hours or even days so you may still get in to trouble with a fatty meal.

If I'm going out I don't normally take that pill and possibly the pill for lunch either. I know it sticks around in your body but if I go over it means the "punishment" isn't quite as bad

I have jacket potatos when i go out. I dont eat them at home so when i do go out its not like im punishing myself eating the samething again. Healthy low in fat and 99% of all food places will sell them.
