Eating ridiculously late

Hi Guys,

So today was extremely busy for me. I ended up carolling from 11.30-4.30, dashing to my car to get to another concert for 7 and not having any time in between to eat for fear of being late and letting down 28 other people in the band!

Consequently, come 11pm I was absolutely starving and had a silly McDonald's because I knew I needed to eat.

I realise this isn't ideal, but does anyone know if it jeopardises weight loss (my WI is on a Monday) through putting the body into Starvation mode?

Obviously not going to make a habit of this, but was just intrigued!
