Corn on the cob (1 syn - butter bud)
Piece strawberry Half syn roylade (1/2 syn) with extra strawberries

Tea - parmesan coated chicken (hex a) + salad (lettuce, toms, red pepper, cucumber, beetroot)
2 level tbsp chili houmous (2 syns)

1/2 syn roulade

Total 5.5 syns

A whole Cantaloup melon
Small piece of 1/2 syn roulade

Snack - pickled onions

Lunch -
Sweet potato, butterbud (1 syn) + salad (lettuce, tom, cucumber) + chili houmous (2 syns) + salad dressing (1/2 syn)
12 cashew nuts (hex b)
1 choc (2 syns)

Tea - Mac n Cheese (2 hex a + 1 syn)
Salad

Choc + mint hifi bar (hex b)
French fries (4 syns)
Another whole melon (they were reduced to 30p at tesco)

Mmm I didn't know cashew nuts were a hXb on green!!!

Think I may have to start having a few green days just for that!

Good eh. You only get 12 cashew nuts but more of other nuts. Let me know what u like and I'll check allowances online :)

I am doing ok thanks. Went to wi last sat put on 1/2 lb and was disgusted. However 5 days later I have lost 2 lbs. Thrilled with it. Out of those 5 days I did 3 red. Don`t know if it made the difference but will try it again, 7 days for the next weigh in. What day is your wi? Take care

Monday night 7.30pm - I'm doing a few red or green days too this wk just to see if it helps. Well done on the 2lb loss :) x
 
Blimey, still got hold of you then - tell it to sod off

2 lots of antibiotics, high doses vitamin c + zinc and still not right - woke up this morning and chest v tight again.
Ringing drs again :-(
 
Back fm docs (again!) Infection seems to have gone but my chest/lungs are spasming hence the cough and as not working right can't fight the congestion.

Got some heavy duty steroids (Ive to take 6 tablets a day) and if that doesn't work Ive to go for a chest xray.

Let's hope they work.


Do steroids make u put weight on????? Soooo hope not. Wanted to hav a good wk x

Lie in then nipped to friends to drop maddy off and ended up nattering so no bfast :-/

Tea - Pizza: ww wholemeal pitta (hex b) topped with passata, onions, mushrooms, red pepper, fresh basil leaves + 40g light cheese (hex a)

Side salad (lettuce, tom's + cucumber) + 3 level tbsp chili houmous (3 syns) + extra cheese (40g - hex a)

Cheesecake: Hifi bar (hex b)
Lemon quark (1.5 syn) sweetner + raspberries
1/2 tsp nutella (1 syn?)
1 chunk marks bournville (2 syns)
