Went off the rails last night had
1 btle wine (24 syns)
3/4 bag wispa bites (18 syns)
3 lge crackers (15 syns) topped wi tube primula light (12 syns)

So 69 syns.
So much for me having good wk - lesson to self don't open wine when ur on ur own. Had self control till had wine then more I drank my I didn't care what I ate.
Woke up bit fuzzy head and bloated :-(

Lots stir fry veg in tbsp chili sauce (1.5 syn?) Small amount savoury rice

Went out to see band but drove so on diet coke all night other than few tastes of marks lager (4.5 syns Max)

Supper - wm pitta (hex b) few slices ham + 1 laughing cow el (1 syn)

mid wk weigh in (naught I know but couldn't help it) showing a 4lb gain and 1 inch extra on my waist :-(

No hun - not enough to gain 4lbs. I find savoury rice and sweet & sour type sauces have a lot of sodium - probably retaining fluid. Also shifting to SW from CC may have a small impact for a couple of weeks :(

My tip of the day: drink lots of water!!

thanks hun. Worked out had 117 syns so far this week - so if i don't have any syns Sun & Monday by rights i still deserve a loss, but not going to hold my breath. I was at a clothes swopping party this afternoon and everyone was stuffing there faces with cakes and i didn't even have a crumb.

Will up the water and hope for best. Got lots of very busy weekends coming up but food wise i still should be able to control it (lots of visitors so i can decide what we eat!) but def need to get head in gear.

A butchers in sale cheshire (about 15 mins fm my house) has a whole range. Was sw verified until sw stopped giving out the certs but they haven't changed the recipe and have given my consultant all the details whi checked wi sw. They're not cheap but worth every penny.
They have no/so little fat in them u have to be careful not to over cook as go dry.

17 April - Green day

Busy day ahead ironing - not done any for nearly 2 month due to pain in my hand so just going to work my way through it while catching up on Desperate Housewives :)

Todays eats:

Few grapes

2 Thai Mug Shots (not ideal but could be eaten while carrying on ironing - cause if id sat down i wouldn't have started again lol)
Cup tea & Mint HiFi Bar (Hex B)

Tea - small portion Mushroom risotto (gutted cause didn't make enough and its maddys fave + marks always hungry) with
Toffee Muller yog
Bowl of chickpeas

Wm pitta & 30g choc philly (4.5 syns) & banana :drool:
25ml vodka & slimline tonic (2.5 syns)
