Replying to myself as I found another interesting article. I think that the psychological aspect is really important. I know I will never be as fat as I was because, thanks to sorting myself out, I'm not the same person I was.
The other thing I wanted to say here is that both articles say how hard it is to keep weight off. This doesn't depress me but inspires me. I am drawn to achieving things that are hard! I like a challenge!
