Eating too much?

I think most people feel that way when they start!!

It feels wrong as we're eating so well, but it's just because SW have switched the focus from what you can't eat, to what you can eat. The foods we're eating are all low in calorie, so we can eat decent portions and still lose weight. I LOVE this plan for this reason and that someone else has done all the working out, all I have to do is follow the very simple rules!
That is the beauty of SW!
You can eat lots of lovely food, not feel hungry and still lose weight

Thank you :0) I just think, I was doing slim fast before and the thought of baileys after lunch was shocking!! I really hope this is the plan for me as it's One I can see myself sticking to long term!! Xx
