I think most people feel that way when they start!!
It feels wrong as we're eating so well, but it's just because SW have switched the focus from what you can't eat, to what you can eat. The foods we're eating are all low in calorie, so we can eat decent portions and still lose weight. I LOVE this plan for this reason and that someone else has done all the working out, all I have to do is follow the very simple rules!
