Make sure you stop when your full up , I eat alot of food too, oh goes mad, but I always stop before I'm stuffed. I think some people just have more of an appetite than others!

I know, I have a big apettite, and I would always stop before I felt uncomfortably full. But the plate finishes before I get to that stage!! The free food allowance makes sense, without eating a hearty meal, you would be looking for snacks in an hour. Eat what u want of Free, the plan works :)
