EE Food question

What do you do if the food is high syns because it has red and green food in?
Like bakedbeans with sausages for example, they are hign syn on green because of the sausages and high syns on red because of the beans.
So on ee you could eat them, but how would you work out the syns?

You look at the syn value for red and the syn value for green then just pick the lowest x

I was surprised at how much you could eat on EE but ive lost 7.5lbs in 2 weeks so it does work and thats with having 10-15 syns a day.
