EE Gravies and Sauces

OK here we are into week 3. I am staying with my sister and we are both on SW with our other sister.

So......sister who I live with doesn't like meals without gravy or sauces.........any syn free ideas anybody?

Tonight we had a nice dinner of salmon, veg and new potatoes, usually we/I would put something on the spuds of course that is butter...........well now that is a no no.

Looking for lots of ideas on gravies and sauces...........
