ee help please!

Just looking for some advice... On ee days, do I have to have 1/3 superfree or could i have just a jacket potato and beans as a meal?

I'd recomend having the 1/3 in/with the meal. So If im having jacket potato I'd have a fruit salad or piece of fruit before or after it. Or a salad. It's easier to keep to track if you include the 1/3 with every meal and then try to make snacks superfree too :)
