EE help please

    Started SW 20/01/14 doing EE, bit disappointed with a total weightloss of 8 pounds, please can someone advise where im going wrong?
    Breakfast: always 2 small wholemeal toast, 1tbsp light margarine(3syns), 2boiled eggs, ham
    Lunch: salad with chicken, tuna or ham, or mugshot, 6 melba toasts(3 syns) with light laughing cow and ham
    Dinner: spag bol or chilli with mushrooms, onion, peppers and jacket pot or diet coke chicken with curry savoury rice
    Snacks: Banana or mullerlight, clementines, wafer thin ham, crabsticks
    Walk approx 30 min per day
    Shouldnt i be losing more weight, i must watch what fruit and veg i eat as i suffer with IBS

    Hiya lol90 only just seen this thread.. you need to be having one third of your plate of superfree foods veg. Salad. Fruit etc. By doing this will fill u up longer and most superfree food is superspeed which have extra slimming power. And speeds up your weight loss.
