EE help

Hi everyone *waves*

I've been doing SW online for the past five weeks and mainly sticking to original / green days as i did the plan years ago so know that way works for me.

There are occasions though when it would be nice to be able to have carbs and protein together so i'm thinking of doing my first EE day tomorrow but wondered if someone would be so kind as to review what I have planned to eat to make sure i'm not going off plan

Breakfast
Field mushrooms (lots of)
Bacon
Eggs

with a big Bowl of fruit salad


Dinner


Chilli con carne
Rice (white)
Big mixed salad with fat free vinegarette


HE (A) - cheese for on top of chilli
HE (B) - rice

As i'm hoping to have a HUGE lie in tomorrow I will probably just have a late breakfast and early dinner.

Does this sound right?
