You can buy these in class - £4.95. I have made a few recipes out of this book just recently and they're really good! I made a thai vegetable & chicken curry, which was fab. And I also made turkey meatballs and sauce. Both turned out lovely. Worth getting this book if you're stuck for food ideas. Great for batch cooking too! :D

The Kheema curry and the ham and minestrone soup are good ones too!

wasn't keen on the meatballs as i found that using turkey made them dry! cooked the haddock and pea risotto last night and it was to die for! definately the best recepie iv made out of that book. gorgeous!
