It does get you doesn't it? My weight is ridiculous around that time of the month, I either stay the same or gain 1/2 and that is all water weight. Even when it gets a bit hotter (like it did 2 weeks ago) I bloated up like a balloon. I read that potassium is very important for regulating water in your body, so am making a more concious intake of potassium and water. Hope this tip helps!
