Eeekkk change needed asap

So the weekend was completely off plan actually the last 2 weeks have been mostly off plan.. just got back from weigh in and I've gain 7.5 lbs - not good lol

100% back on it today:

B) overnight oats with berries
L) tandoori chicken salad spinach cucumber peppers beetrootand rice
D) cottage pie broccoli and green beans

Snacks yogurt apple and berries

Syns) 2 for cottage pie
Dark chocolate 8 syns
