EEEWWWW the porrige is awfull!

I too use 200mls water with mine, mix it well and then, once its been microwaved, add a pinch of berry water flavouring, nutmeg or cinnamon. I prefer salt on my porridge - obviously a no no on CD - but this doesn't make it too sweet and the sweetness tastes of something, not just sweet, if you know what I mean.

I have it last thing at night - although I do find I wake up hungry often. Its not so filling, I don't think, as the shakes or bars.
