I tried this today turned out very yummy and so filling.

2 boil in the bag , Uncle Bens wholegrain rice
3 Eggs
2 Chicken Stock Cubes (crumbled or crushed)
Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

Boil rice for ten mins
While rice is boiling beat 3 eggs, 2 crumbled stocks cubes and a good dash of lea & perrins together.

Once rice is ready add to a hot pan with fry light and add in your mixed ingredients , and fry for few minutes.

Very Yummy and syn free :)

Every time I've stried making egg fried rice, the whole lot clogs together and well is stodgy and stuck to the pan! Any suggestions on how to keep it fluffy? :)

I always rinse my rice once it's ready, and allow it to drain thoroughly before frying. The longer you can leave it to drain the better.

And I'll definitely be trying this recipe, sounds YUMMM!

I love egg fried rice and it always stuck together until I read a tip from someone else on this site (sorry can't remember who) who said that the rice is best if you use it when it's cold & a bit dry. Make too much rice when you're doing dinner one night & keep some in the fridge to use the next day. I've also cooked it and run it under the tap to cool it down and that works pretty well too.
