Your book must be original/green days, is it, no mention of EE? If it is, then it's FINE to follow the plan accordign to your book, you WILL still lose weight. But don't get confused by people/forums who mainly follow extra easy, or you'll not get very far :)
Thanks. I do mainly red days as it suits me better. I have also stopped eating bananas and for the first time in four weeks I have lost two pounds. My body must be getting used to eating carbs now.
