Hi,I'm a newbie,
When I'm desperate for something sweet and filling I make rice pudding.
I cook pudding rice in the microwave with water until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.I then add splenda, skimmed milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder.
I have always assumed this is syn free on a green day.
Please tell me it is! It has saved me from many a diet breakdown.
