Emotional eating

So yesterday was a nightmare emotionally stressful. BUT, and this is a HUGE but and a NSV IMHO, I did not binge!

I had a syn free day and enjoyed a twirl (11.5 syns) last nigth AFTER essay got done at about 1230am :D

Feel great, thanks so muc for letting me vent here it really helped.

I really felt in control, and I know that now Ive done it once, the next time I shall overcome it again!

You might have been stressed to hell and feeling out of control about other stuff, but the one thing you can control is your eating.

I am an emotional eater and had a rough weekend which took me to the chocolate! I STS this week, purely through work exercising the cals back off! It wasn't easy when all I wanted to do was climb into bed and eat!
Normally I try to work through my frustration by cleaning, going for a walk or getting on the Wii Fit!
We're only human and if we didn't get emotional we'd be very pent with frustration and that is never a good thing!
