Emotional wreck and it's only day 1.

I've started the day with a positive attitude, but everywhere around me are temptations. I keep welling up and becoming emotional for no reason, even now as im typing. Is something wrong? I have had a vanilla shake and chicken soup today so far along with 2.5lts water. I am experiencing mild headaches but nothing too severe. Did anybody become emotional on day 1?
 
Hi Amanda, i still get emotional days hun, this is a huge change we are making and eating food is often connected to our emotions so its not surprising. Stay strong it will be worth on your first weigh in :)
 
Quitting anything can make you emotional, especially of you're an emotional person to begin with, stay strong and think of the goals!

Hi all, so i decided to get off my big ass and go for a walk, feel so much better now and not one bit hungry! Let's do this :)
 
The first week is going to be tough but then it gets much easier after that, Keeping yourself busy is the best thing to do :)
