End of first week on SW

I'm on day 7, having returned to SW after a 3 or 4 years or so.

I'd gained everyting back - and more that in February I signed up for LighterLife. I did well and lost over a stone in the first month. But I got a skin reaction to the packs and had to come off. I changed to Cambridge thinking that would be better, but No!. So off I came. I tried Slimfast and had the same reaction. There's definitely something in the foodpacks that doesn't like me!

I've tried to tackle the weight loss on my own since then and although I'm over 2 stone lighter than I was in February I still want to shift at least another stone and a half. So I'm back to SW. It worked on the past and I now have a better understanding of the 'pull' of food and how to combact it through what I learned on LL and through the blog I write and those I read of other LighterLifers. I'm taking that knowledge through into my new 'journey' with SW.

My first proper weekly weigh-in is this evening and the nerves are already to the fore. Wish me luck. I don't feel as though I've lost anything, but I'm just hoping that that's because I've been on the diet trail already and there's not been such a DRASTIC change.
